Tree Planting Project

As you can see from Trevor Bell’s before and after pictures of Station Road trees do make a significant difference to the look and feel of a place.
OK, we are not aiming to re-create Station Road in all of its glory,
but thanks to the determination of Alison Davies – SWCG’s previous Committee Secretary, and the help, co-operation and enthusiasm from Southend Council, we now have a Tree Planting Project, which has already seen some new trees planted with more to come.

concerned citizens can change the world. Indeed,
its the only thing that ever has" (Margaret Mead)
