Geographically, ‘Westcliff Seaboard’ is defined as the area South of the railway lines, bounded by Chalkwell Avenue in the West and The Cliff’s Pavilion in the East.
As will be seen from the high level map, around ¾ of ‘Westcliff Seaboard’ is within the Milton Ward. | |
